Some Frequently Asked Questions are shown below for your information.

Please visit our refill page, and fill in the form with your mobile phone number, and select the correct phone network, and the credit value you want to purchase. After submitting the form, please submit your payment details, and we'll process the refill.

Please click here to buy credit, and then we'll create a free account for you. Once logged in you will be able to add another mobile phone (it can be on any network), and purchase refills whenever required.

After a successful payment has been made, you just need to click the "activate refill" button that is displayed on the page. At this point we will either send the refill directly to the phone (if possible), or we'll display a unique voucher code for you to apply to your phone. The method of applying the refill to the phone can vary by network, but we'll show clear instructions on how to immediately get the refill on your phone for your specific network.

We'll let you know after each refill if you need to do anything.

If you regularly need to refill your mobile phone, you can set up an auto refill and we'll send a credit voucher to your phone when you need it, without you having to worry about forgetting to buy it. Auto refills are scheduled every month, and you can choose the amount you want to purchase.

Auto refills can be cancelled at any time, simply log into your account, and click the "Cancel Auto Refill" link on the relevant mobile phone.

We try to provide mobile credit refills to as many networks as we can. If your country or network is not listed when you add your phone to your account, then unfortunately we are currently unable to help. Please do check back in the future though, as we frequently update our partner networks across the world.

If you are currently subscribed to an auto refill payment, and would like to cancel any future payments, the quickest way is to sign into your account and then click the "Auto Refill" button below your phone number, and then click the "Cancel Auto Refill" button.

If you cannot remember your account password, you can contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you.

On Refill does not accept refunds for purchases made on the site. If you have any queries regarding your On Refill purchases, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you.
